10KT Gold
This grill is crafted with double layered 10KT Gold and finished by setting Moissanite onto the grill to create an exceptionally durable, luxurious Custom Grill.
No Refunds or Exchanges. Small fee for minor repairs accepted. Any questions or concerns hit us up at mo@mothejeweler.co Customers are required to return their molds to us in an orderly time frame in order for us to complete the final order.
In the event that the customer chooses to not do so and attempts to place a chargeback- the merchant is not responsible and the customer will not be refunded.
The customer is agreeing to purchasing a custom item and therefore we will need their custom molds in order to fulfill the final order. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mo@mothejeweler.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
You also have the option to check on the status of your order through the “Track My Order” link in the menu bar.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
NO refunds and NO exchanges. These items are made to order and custom to the order.Customers are required to return their molds to us in an orderly time frame in order for us to complete the final order.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mo@mothejeweler.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
